Shipping policy

Shipping processing time: 2-3 business days. Orders will not be shipped on weekends or holidays. Please allow extra days in transit for delivery. If I experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If the shipment of your order is significantly delayed, I will notify you. 

1. Great Britain and Switzerland

Please note: Customs charges may apply upon receipt of the package. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

2. Shipping costs

- Deliveries within Germany: EUR 0.00. I deliver free of shipping costs within Germany.
- Deliveries outside Germany: the costs for shipping outside Germany depend on your destination and may vary. The final shipping costs will be shown to you during the ordering process.

4. Shipping method

All items are shipped via DHL-insured Standard or UPS Expedited. Delivery takes 3-5 business days.

5. Shipping confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped. Tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

6. Damaged deliveries

If you have received your delivery and find that it is badly damaged, please refuse the delivery. If you discover damage after receiving your delivery, please contact me at: info@smartnmagic.com.

In the event of a damaged delivery, I will contact the delivery service directly to resolve the problem as quickly as possible and with the least inconvenience to you. I will make every effort to notify you of the progress of my investigation and provide you with a replacement if the problem cannot be resolved locally. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before submitting a claim.
