How can I order?

Ordering from smartnmagic.com is a straightforward process. Once you have added the desired item to your shopping cart, simply click on the "Check out" button to proceed.

If you are a new customer, it is essential to create an account before placing an order. For returning customers, logging in with your user data, including email address and password, is sufficient.

The ordering process consists of three simple steps: firstly, providing your address and preferred shipping method; secondly, selecting the payment method; and finally, confirming the order. Once these steps are complete, you can submit your order and finalize the transaction.

Do I need to create a customer account to shop?

In order to place orders, it is necessary to create a customer account as it is a prerequisite.

Can I change the address for my order?

If you require changing your shipping address after placing an order, please send an email to info@smartnmagic.com at the earliest possible convenience. In the event that your order has not yet been shipped, the shipping address can be modified accordingly. However, if the order has already been shipped and cannot be delivered, it will be returned and you will receive a refund for the purchase amount minus the shipping and return costs.

Can I also order by phone?

Unfortunately, placing an order over the phone with smartnmagic.com is currently not possible. However, if you have any inquiries or concerns about placing an order online, please feel free to reach out to us via email at info@smartnmagic.com or by using the "Contact Us" form on our website

How can I cancel my order?

In the event that you wish to cancel your order, kindly send an email to info@smartnmagic.com at the earliest possible convenience. If your order has not been shipped yet, it can be cancelled upon request. However, if the order has already been shipped, it is not possible to cancel it. In such cases, you may return the product in accordance with our return policy upon receiving it.

Which countries do you ship to?

Orders are delivered to the following countries:

How long is the delivery time?

Shipping processing time takes up to 2-3 business days. Please note that orders will not be shipped during weekends or holidays. Kindly allow extra transit days for delivery as follows:
  • Germany - up to 3 working days,
  • USA - 4 working days,
  • European countries - up to 6 working days,
  • Australia and Canada - up to 20 business days.

What are the shipping costs?

The delivery cost for orders is dependent on two factors: the country where the goods will be sent and the size of the parcel. Parcels are classified into two sizes, medium (24 inch display) and large (32 inch display).

With which shipping service providers will my package be shipped?

Items are shipped using postal delivery services provided by UPS and DHL.

How can I track my order?

If you wish to track the delivery status of your order, please refer to the shipping confirmation that you received via email. For each package that is shipped to you, a corresponding shipping confirmation will be provided, which includes a link to track the shipment.
This will enable you to stay informed of your shipment's location and estimated delivery time.

What can I do if I receive a damaged item?

If you receive a parcel and find it to be badly damaged, we kindly ask that you refuse delivery of the package. In the event that you discover damage to the contents of the package after accepting delivery, please send an email to info@smartnmagic.com to notify us.

We will then contact the delivery service directly to resolve the issue in a prompt and convenient manner for you. If the problem cannot be resolved locally, you will be provided with a replacement or refund.

Kindly retain all packaging materials and damaged items before filing a claim.

Payment

What payment methods are accepted?

We offer a variety of payment methods for your convenience, including Visa-Card, Mastercard, purchase to Klarna account, instant transfer, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

When and how will I receive my invoice?

An invoice will be included in the package along with your order.

Can I pay in installments?

Currently, we do not offer the option for installment payments.

Can I get an invoice in the name of my company?

Please be informed that we do not currently offer business accounts at smartnmagic.com.

Do I have to pay customs duty?

Please note that customs charges may be applicable upon receipt of a package in the UK and Switzerland. It is the responsibility of the buyer to cover these charges.

Return & Refund

How do I return an item?

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with an undamaged guarantee seal sticker, and in its original packaging.

To initiate the return process, please send a request to info@smartnmagic.com. You will then receive instructions on how to ship your package. Please note that we do not accept returns sent back without prior approval.

Within what period can I return an item?

You have a 14-day window to request a return after you have received your item.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Yes, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Is it possible to exchange an item?

The quickest way to ensure that you receive the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

When will I be refunded?

Once we receive and verify the return, we will credit the invoice amount minus shipping charges to the payment method you selected during the order within 14 days.

Will I get a refund of shipping costs if I return my order?

No, the shipping costs are not refundable.

What can I do if I receive a damaged item?

If you receive a package and discover that it has been significantly damaged, please refuse delivery. If you notice any damage after receiving the package, please contact us at info@smartnmagic.com.

If the items in the package are damaged, the delivery service will be contacted directly to address the issue as quickly and conveniently as possible for you. If the issue cannot be resolved locally, you will receive a replacement or refund.

Usage of the DAKboard

Do I need to connect the DAKboard to Wi-Fi?

Yes, to sync your data the DAKboard requires a Wi-Fi connection. Please be aware that both 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi networks are supported.

Is there a free plan available for DAKboard?

Yes, indeed. DAKboard offers a free plan. Also you can always change your paid subscription to a free plan.

Is DAKboard wall display a battery operated?

No, the DAKboard requires 110/220V mains to be connected to.

How many different calendars I can syncronize with the DAKboard?

On a free plan you can add two calendars. If you need more you can always try a paid plan.

How to control the DAKboard?

The DAKboard is controlled via any WEB browser. You can use also a mobile application available for Android and iOS platforms.

What orientations of the display are available?

We offer both, landscape and portrait orientation. You can select your preffered orientation during the ordering process.

Is there any maintenance from my side is required?

No. Once configured, there are no SD cards to load, no additional calendars to update and no photos to upload.

Can I use the DAKboard as a Magic Mirror?

Yes. If you don't want to see the weather forecast or don't want to see calendar events. Want to use DAKboard as your Magic Mirror? No problem! You can configure it with a click.

Can I use the DAKboard only at home?

You can use it at home and in the office. DAKboard is a great fit for businesses any size, large or small. You can welcome your visitors and clients and showcase employee communications and KPI metrics.
